World heavyweight boxing champion Anthony Joshua has said that a fight with Mike Tyson will not be an easy one despite his age.

Tyson, 54, will face Roy Jones Jr when he returns to the ring after 15 years.

A chance to fight WBC title holder Tyson Fury was turned down despite Fury offering £10 million.

When Joshua was asked what it will be like if he gets the chance to fight Tyson, the British-Nigerian expressed admiration for the legendary boxer.

He told Sky Sports: “I don’t want to say anything because I love Mike Tyson, he would land a few left hooks and body shots but we would go the distance.

“His age would show but we would be pushing and shoving. He is in my top three.”
