The Super Eagles have moved four places up in the FIFA ranking and are now ranked 31st.

In Africa, the Super Eagles rank 3rd while Senegal remains the best team in the continent.

Tunisia which came second in Africa occupies the 27th position in the world while Algeria (35th) and Morocco (43rd) complete the top five in Africa.
