Heartland FC have announced that fans can view their game against El Kanemi Warriors without paying a gate fee to the stadium.

This was as the club appreciated the Imo State Commissioner for Sports, Honourable Obinna Onyeocha and former Chief of Staff, Imo State, Ugwumba Uche Nwosu, for making it possible.

In a statement, Heartland FC said Onyeocha paid for 500 tickets while Nwosu paid for 1,000 tickets for the Match Day 26 tie.

The club said, "Consequently, the gates have been declared free for fans on behalf of Uche Nwosu and Commissioner for Sports, Honourable Obinna Onyeocha

"Our fans should seize this opportunity to watch our game with El Kanemi Warriors today without paying a dime.

"We appreciate Imo State Commissioner for Sports, Honourable Obinna Onyeocha and former Chief of Staff, Imo State, Ugwumba Uche Nwosu for the support."
