Cristina Serra, the ex-wife of Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola, has spoken publicly for the first time following their divorce.

Serra, who faced significant scrutiny on social media after news of the split broke, stated that she is "feeling great." She was spotted shopping alone in Barcelona a week after the announcement.

When asked about her well-being, Cristina responded in Spanish, “Perfecta, gracias,” which translates to “Perfect, thanks” in English. She added, “Everything’s fine” when questioned further about her state of mind. However, she declined to comment on the reasons behind the divorce.

Speculations suggest that Guardiola's decision to extend his Manchester City contract may have contributed to the challenges in their marriage. Despite the separation, it is understood that the couple, who met in 1994 and married in 2014, maintain a cordial and affectionate relationship. Reports also confirm that their split was not due to the involvement of a third party.

The couple shares three children and continues to prioritize their family.
