Comedian Laff Ijuo Albert has reportedly completed his attempt to set a Guinness World Record (GWR) for the longest stand-up comedy show by an individual.
Following confirmation by the GWR, Albert began the 50-hour attempt on February 14, 2025 at Banex Mall in Lekki, Lagos, and finished on Sunday.
In a video shared on his social media page shortly after completing the show, Albert noted that he attempted the record to raise $1 million for the Talent City Naija (TCN) project.
His attempt is yet to be verified and confirmed by the GWR.
Popular American comedian David Scott currently holds the record, set on April 30, 2013, after a 40-hours 8-minute attempt.
