Nollywood actress Regina Daniels recently shared the story of how she met her husband, Ned Nwoko, the Delta North Senator.

During an Instagram live session, the actress revealed that she first encountered Ned while out with one of her ex-boyfriends.

She explained that even after meeting her husband, she continued to receive proposals from other men. Regina dismissed the notion that she lacked choices.

Regina advised women not to allow their boyfriends to stop them from seeing their husbands.

“I went to visit my boyfriend and I was so angry about why we had to go sightseeing, but when we got there, I met a cute man.

“The moral of the story is that your boyfriend should not stop you from seeing your husband.

“When I started with my husband I forgot I was to have boyfriends; of course, I had like 20. When people think I don’t have a choice, I’m like what?

“People were saying mummy forced me not knowing that she was against the marriage, my full family said no.”

Regina also disclosed that her mum and entire family opposed her marriage to the wealthy Senator.

Ned Nwoko and Regina Daniels tied the knot in May 2019 in Aniocha Local Government Area, Delta State despite the age difference.
