Bashir El-rufai has thrown a shade at Governor Uba Sani as a result of the current blackout in Kaduna State.

MyNigeria reported that Kaduna has been in blackout for more than 24 hours after Kaduna Electric sacked 450 staff.

In a statement, Kaduna Electric said the decision, which may not be unconnected to the blackout, was made to see them through operational and financial challenges and to ensure their sustainability.

While many Kaduna residents have expressed their displeasure about the blackout, the state's number one citizen, Uba Sani, is yet to comment on the situation.

Reacting, El-rufai, a son of the immediate past governor of Kaduna, Nasir El-rufai, alleged that the number one citizen is chilling in a hotel with a top class OS, otherwise known as prostitute, hence his nonchalant attitude concerning the blackout.

He shared on X, "Man dey hotel dey chill with top class OS, you dey think say he cares his whole State no get light. Dey there."

El-rufai's father and Uba Sani are currently engaged in a back and forth, following a Kaduna State House of Assembly probe of the former governor's administration.

While Uba Sani maintains that his relationship with his predecessor is untarnished, El-rufai begged to differ when he accused his successor of receiving money from the Tinubu administration to malign him.
