Nigerian professional footballer, Umar Sadiq scored and provided an assist as he aided Almeria to a 4-1 victory against Lugo in the Spanish Segunda on Saturday.

The goal was Sadiq's 13th goal in the season. He has made 24 league appearances as well in the current campaign.

Sadiq opened the scoring for his side on 11 minutes when he pounced on the rebound from his penalty that was initially saved by visiting team’s keeper, Complete Sports reports.

He then set up his teammate for the fourth goal with 15 minutes left in the game.

The win temporarily took Almeria to third position on 52 points, two points behind leaders Mallorca.
