Croatian midfielder Mateo Kovacić has joined Premier League title holders Manchester City from Chelsea, Fabrizio Romano reports.
The Italian Sky Sports journalist reports that the two Premier League clubs have agreed on a £30m deal for the transfer of the 29-year-old.
Kovacić as per the report agreed to personal terms with Manchester City two weeks ago as the player only wanted a move to the new European Kings.
The former Inter Milan midfielder will have his medicals in the coming days.
Kovacić joined the Blues from Real Madrid in the summer of 2019 initially on a loan deal before the deal was made permanent after an impressive first season.
