A Twitter user has taken to the microblogging platform to reveal how he was scammed by a "medical student" who used her tuition fee to acquire a new ride.
According to @DrOlusesan, the supposed student ran to him for help to crowdsource her "tuition."
The crowdsourcing was successful and after a while, he ran into her at Ikeja City Mall car park, driving a Ford Explorer.
Promising never to be fooled again, he vowed never to be scammed on Twitter again.
I entered her straight "nothing stops u from saying, "Hi." And she gave me back, "you twitter people are funny. That u gave me money doesnt mean I must acknowledge u when I meet u in public. And before u go & tell them I have a car, I didnt tell u people I was living in poverty."
