  Obasanjo is still fair in his activities. He met a very lean purse and left it full until Jonathan came. If he could not fix the bad road, he left enough money for his succesor to do it. He has achived by taking the country out of debt and also left sovereign fund behind in billions of dollars. It is successor that sholud be querried. Thanks
