  "Let each state negotiate what it pay" says the Governor's forum. I think this is a challenge to organise Labour of 36 states. The economy is hitting hard, high cost of living, prices of essential needs is high. Please this is an opportunity to show your individual states workers that you are truly their labour leaders and you are going to protect there interest. I will you all best of luck.
