Chief Dele Momodu, the Director of Strategic Communications of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) believes that Rotimi Amaechi, the former Minister of Transportation and former Rivers State governor has the same right to be rewarded by the All Progressives Congress (APC) for his role in ensuring President Buhari's victory in 2015.

The former member of the APC made the comment when he appeared as a guest on Channels TV's morning show, The Verdict 2023.

With the polls less than 18 days away, the various political stakeholders have introduced several strategies to unsettle their opponents.
