Nigeria music icon, Eedris Abdulkareem, has taken a personal sweep at the president's son, Seyi Tinubu, urging him to present the reality of Nigerians to his father, the president of Nigeria, Bola Tinubu.
Recall that Seyi Tinubu made headlines after a video of him addressing a youth gathering in Adamawa State surfaced online.
In the video, the president's son passionately defended his father's administration, showering him with praise and declaring him the greatest president in Nigeria's history.
His admiration for his father sparked a buzz on social media, with many bashing him for being insensitive and blind to the plights of many Nigerians.
Jumping on the heated controversy, Abdulkareem, who recently released a new song, ‘Tell Your Papa,’ slammed Seyi for being insensitive to the plight of many Nigerians from the economic hardship and insecurity that has roped the country.
The singer said Seyi should inform his father about the spate of kidnappings in Nigeria and numerous deaths over the current economic policies.
He said, “Seyi, tell your papa country hard. Tell your papa people dey die. Tell your papa this one don pass jagajaga.
“Seyi, how far? I swear your papa no try. Too much empty promises. On behalf of Nigerians, take our message to him; kidnappers dey kill Nigerians.
“Seyi, try travelling by road without your security make you feel the pains of fellow Nigerians. You dey fly private jets, insecurity no be your problem.”
