The actress has been in the news ever since she threw the lavish gala for "Everybody Loves Jenifa" on Sunday, December 8, 2024.
A recent video that had her with Jidex, Jo Blaq Joseph Oyedare Emmanuel, Peller, Jarvis and others at her movie premiere thrilled fans especially.
Peller caused a stir online after teasing the actress about kissing in the film. In response, Funke Akindele reprimanded him for his poor grammar and gave him a little knock on the head.
Seeing the musical performers D'banj and Lagbaja, who were also featured in the film, was one of the highlights of the evening.
The well-known Nigerian music icon Lagbaja, whose true name is Bisade Ologunde, has been absent from the spotlight for some time. Fans felt nostalgic as he mesmerized the crowd with his beautiful voice during the after-party.
