Veteran Nigerian actress Patience Ozokwor has stirred mixed reactions after a video of her meeting former First Lady of Nigeria, Patience Jonathan, surfaced.

The thespian was seen greeting the former president's wife with humility in a video that was shared on her Instagram page.

While greeting Patience Jonathan, Patience Ozokwor even bent down to welcome her. The actress acknowledged how much she loved and valued the former first lady in the caption of her video.

She wrote, “Dame Patience Jonathan. You are loved. Thank you”.

While some fans praised the connection in the comment section, others expressed disappointment that the veteran had to bend down to welcome the former first lady. They inquired if it was not against the Igbo culture for someone to kneel before another.
