Controversial actor and filmmaker Yul Edochie has expressed his sorrow and disappointment following boxer, Anthony Joshua's recent defeat at Wembley Stadium.

In a major fight on Saturday, September 21, 2024, Daniel Dubois defeated Anthony Joshua in the fifth round to retain his IBF heavyweight title.

Following this, Yul Edochie expressed his concerns on Anthony Joshua's boxing career on his Instagram page.

He wrote, “No disrespect to Anthony Joshua, but e be like boxing don tire am sef."

To Yul's further disappointment, he noticed that Anthony Joshua appeared to be taking things lightly as the match got closer.

Although he acknowledged his concerns, Yul Edochie insisted that he remains a devoted follower of the boxing champion, declaring, “Still a fan of AJ. But the result pain me. E pain me.”
