Rema expresses gratitude to his fans for how far they have supported him

Fast-rising singer Divine Ikubor who is better known as Rema has expressed his sincere gratitude for his professional success over the years.

The Mavin superstar recently told 'Who We Be Talks' how fortunate he was to have a sizable fan base in his native Nigeria.

Rema who is now setting records as the most streamed African artist on the global streaming service Spotify, acknowledged his devoted music fans.

He continued, saying that he chose to stick to his original style and sound since Nigerian youngsters accepted him.

He said: "I that when I came into the game, not a lot of people understood me or my sound…The youths really helped me gain that confidence because they gave me the view that what I was doing, or I am still doing, was right, and they needed to see something new something fresh. But yeah, the love from home is beautiful. I can’t do without it."
