Popular Fuji music maestro Wasiu Ayinde, also known by his stage name K1 De Ultimate or KWAM 1 is grieving the loss of his estranged wife, Alhaja Hafsat Anifowoshe.

After a battle with an unidentified illness, the legend’s ex-wife died at age 65. Following Islamic customs, she was buried earlier today at Lagos' Abari Cemetery. Family and loved ones attended the solemn service honouring a woman known for her morals and influential life.

The LIELCDA chairman's chief press secretary, Olushoga Olushola, expressed condolences and called Alhaja Hafsat a model of morality.

The message said, "We know it hurts so deeply to lose a loving mother and dependable partner." He said he hoped her children and loved ones would be strengthened by her legacy and dedication to God and humanity. He prayed for her soul's ultimate rest before ending.
