Avwerosuoghene Omuvwie, the lawyer for popular cross-dresser, Idris Okuneye has revealed the reason his client failed to attend the hearing at the National Assembly on Monday, September 30.

Omuvwie in her response to the questions posed by members of the House Committees on Financial Crimes and Reformatory Institutions said the controversial crossdresser is under the weather.

Recall Bobrisky was summoned after he alleged in a leaked audio that he bribed officials of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) 15 million naira to drop the money laundering charges brought against him.

The hearing began at around 2:05 p.m. following the arrival of Martins Otse, also known as VeryDarkMan, and his lawyer, Deji Adeyanju.
