After singer 2Baba recently announced his plans to marry his new lover, Natasha Osawaru, an Edo State lawmaker, following his separation and filing for divorce from his wife, Annie Idibia, many have voiced their discontent over the issue.

Anchor of TVC’s Your View, Morayo Afolabi Brown, has joined the conversation and expressed her displeasure at 2Baba publicly declaring his love for the lawmaker while stating that he and his wife of 13 years have an understanding.

On Wednesday, February 12, 2025, 2Baba proposed to his new lover, and she said yes, ending speculations of any possible reunion with Annie.

During the show, Morayo stated that she does not think 2Baba should go scot-free after all that has happened. She believes the singer led Annie on because of societal pressure without explaining his reasons for the divorce.

Brown wondered at what point he fell out of love with the actress.
