Afrobeats singer David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, recently performed at the celebration of the United Bank of Africa’s 75th anniversary.
The celebration took place during the 79th session of the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) in New York.
The ‘Stand Strong’ hitmaker thrilled the audience with renditions of some of his hit songs including ‘Aye’, ‘Skelewu’ and ‘Risky’.
The excited audience sang along, with many capturing the moments as the singer performed.
Vice President Kashim Shettima, Group Chairman of UBA Tony Elumelu, and other personalities were present at the UNGA in New York.
Davido had earlier taken to his social media page to announce his arrival in New York. He also mentioned that it was his first time at the UNGA and that he plans to have a memorable time at the event.
