  How could a govt sale it's refinery to individuals? Does it mean that this govt lack the capacity to deal with those who are sabotaging our refinery? Does it mean it mean that Nigeria refinery was rendered malfunctional so that Dangote's refinery will come to pass? Really I don't get it.
