Victor Osimhen's potential permanent deal with Galatasaray has begun to attract some opposition in the Turkish media.
Despite his impressive statistics for Cim Bom since joining the club in early September, some critics believe the Nigerian international is not worth his release clause.
Osimhen needed very little time to adapt to the Turkish league, as he took the league by storm after completing his move from Napoli.
The 26-year-old has registered 14 goals and 6 assists in 16 appearances across all competitions for Okan Buruk's side.
Turkish pundit Erman Toroglu is the latest journalist to share his thoughts on Galatasaray's plan to make Osimhen's move permanent after the season.
Despite acknowledging the former Lille striker as a good player, Toroglu believes that he is not worth €75m.
“There is also something like this, the balls that Osimhen gives and receives are not evaluated much,” he told Sky Spor, as quoted by Haber Sari Kirmizi.
“The guy sprints, shows a run, tears himself apart, penetrates the opponent's defense, but he can't make the final shot, or the ones around him can't keep up.”
“Osimhen is a good footballer, a big star, but I wouldn't pay that kind of money,” he added.
