Nigerian international Samuel Chukwueze has courted interest from clubs in the English Premier League.

According to Caught Offside, Chukwueze could leave the San Siro in January if Milan succeeds in their bid to sign Brazilian international Antony from Manchester United.

Among the top four Premier League clubs reportedly interested in signing the former Villarreal man in January are Aston Villa, Fulham, Wolverhampton Wanderers, and West Ham United.

Reports indicate that Villa are currently the frontrunners in the race to secure the signature of the Super Eagles winger.

Chukwueze and Villa boss Unai Emery worked together at Villarreal, where they won the Europa League in 2021 and reached the semi-final of the UEFA Champions League in the 2021/2022 season after eliminating Bayern Munich.

The 25-year-old has struggled to secure regular playing time since joining Rossoneri on a five-year deal in the summer of 2023, as he often plays as second fiddle behind former Chelsea forward Christian Pulisic on the right flank.

Chukwueze has started four games in 11 appearances under Paulo Fonseca this season.

He was in action for the full 90 minutes when AC Milan lost 2-1 to Serie A leaders Napoli on Wednesday, October 30.
