Nigerian striker Victor Osimhen is set to join the Super Eagles camp in Uyo following his unveiling as Galatasaray player on Wednesday, September 4.
The 25-year-old joined the Turkish Super Lig giants on a season-long loan from Napoli.
The Super Eagles striker managed to engineer a move away from Naples after a breakdown in his relationship with his parent club due to his failed move on transfer deadline day.
Having resolved the controversies surrounding his future, the former Lille striker reportedly boarded a private jet to Nigeria where he will join his Super Eagles teammates ahead of their 2025 AFCON qualifier opener against Benin Republic.
Osimhen will be the last player to join the team's camp.
Nigeria will take on Benin Republic at the Godswill Akpabio Stadium in Uyo, before traveling away to Kigali to take on Rwanda three days later.
