Super Eagles and Villareal forward, Samuel Chukwueze has described the relationship he has with Napoli forward, Victor Osimhen.

The pacy winger made this known in the question and answer session with sports content creator, Pooja.

When asked who his best friend in football is, he responded quickly, "Victor Osimhen".

Recall that the duo both played and won the 2015 FIFA U-17 world cup together.

They have also made their relationship clear to social media users as they occasionally take jabs at each other using memes.

While Osimhen's Napoli have been crowned champions of the Italian Serie A, Chukwueze's Villareal finished fifth with 83 points - they will feature in the Europa League next season.

Meanwhile, there are reports that Tottenham Hotspur could be interested in signing Chukwueze in a swap deal from Villareal.

According to the reports, Tottenham are willing to swap the Nigerian forward for their midfielder Giovani Lo Celso who has had a successful loan spell with the Spanish giants.

Lo Celso is reported to have done reasonably well for the Spanish outfit and they are looking to sign him permanently at the end of the season.

A report from Relevo claims that Villarreal could offer Samuel Chukwueze in a swap deal for the 27-year-old playmaker.

Chukwueze has been linked with a move away from the Spanish club for months now. Apparently, a number of British clubs are keen on signing the player and it remains to be seen where he ends up.

The 24-year-old winger has been a key player for the Spanish outfit and he could be a quality acquisition for Tottenham.

He has 13 goals and 11 assists to his name across all competitions this season.
