Super Eagles duo of Victor Osimhen and Ademola Lookman have been nominated for Serie A Team of the Season.

The two Nigerian internationals have had a phenomenal season with their respective clubs.

Osimhen was the key figure in Napoli Scudetto-winning campaign which ended their 33 years wait for a league title.

The 24-year-old has scored 23 Serie A goals this season and is the leading goal scorer in the Italian topflight.

Lookman, who joined Atalanta from Bundesliga outfit RB Leipzig last summer began the season on a blistering note, firing from all cylinders for Gasperini's side.

Despite failing to maintain his remarkable goal-scoring form at the beginning of the campaign, he managed an astonishing 13 Serie goals in his debut season.

The ex-Leicester City forward also provided 4 assists in 28 league appearances for Atalanta.
