One of the quarterfinal matchups for this season's UEFA Champions League has been confirmed following the conclusion of Tuesday's round of 16 second-leg matches.

Bayern Munich will face Inter Milan in the quarterfinals after both teams secured qualification with comfortable victories in their respective ties.

The Bavarians earned a 2-0 win over Bayer Leverkusen to progress with a dominant 5-0 aggregate score, having defeated Xabi Alonso's side 3-0 in the first leg.

Meanwhile, Inter Milan claimed a 2-1 victory against Eredivisie side Feyenoord at the San Siro, advancing with a 4-1 aggregate score after a 2-0 win in the first leg.

The other two clubs to book their places in the last eight on the night were Barcelona and Paris Saint-Germain, following victories over Benfica and Liverpool, respectively.

Barcelona will face the winner of the tie between Borussia Dortmund and Lille, while PSG will go up against either Aston Villa or Club Brugge.

The upcoming quarterfinal draw will determine which teams will play at home in the first leg.
