Nigerian international Wilfred Ndidi has made a final decision on his future amid interest from several clubs across Europe.
According to transfer market expert Fabrizio Romano, the 27-year-old has decided to sign a new deal to extend his stay at the King Power Stadium.
The defensive midfielder's contract with the Championship winners expired at the end of last month.
Romano reports that Ndidi has agreed on a new three-year deal with the club, which will include a release clause.
Ndidi had a great season under current Chelsea boss Enzo Maresca last term, registering six goals and six assists in 36 appearances across all competitions.
Barcelona, Sevilla, Galatasaray, and Trabzonspor were the clubs that were reportedly chasing Ndidi's signature.
