Nigerian striker Kelechi Iheanacho is reportedly close to joining Spanish La Liga giants Sevilla on a free transfer.
According to reports, the 27-year-old has agreed on personal terms with the seven-time Europa League winners following the expiration of his contract with Leicester City last month.
Sky Sports reporter Florian Plettenberg has indicated that the Rojiblancos have reached a verbal agreement with the former Manchester City striker.
Iheanacho is expected to undergo a medical examination in the coming days, with an official announcement of his move expected this week.
The Super Eagles forward spent seven seasons at Leicester City, having joined the club from Manchester City in 2017. During his time with the Foxes, he won the FA Cup and the Community Shield.
He registered 61 goals and 34 assists in 234 appearances for Leicester City during his seven-year stint.
Should the move go through, Iheanacho will join his Nigerian compatriot Chidera Ejuke at Sevilla. Ejuke also signed with Sevilla from Royal Antwerp this summer.
