Super Eagles forward Kelechi Iheanacho is currently in Spain for his medicals ahead of his move to La Liga outfit Sevilla.

The 27-year-old is expected to sign a two-year deal with the Rojiblancos which will see him remain at the Ramón Sánchez Pizjuán until 2026.

Iheanacho will be joining the seven-time Europa League winners as a free agent following the expiration his contract with Leicester City last month.

The Super Eagles forward spent seven seasons at Leicester City, having joined the 2016 Premier League champions from Manchester City in 2017.

He registered 61 goals and 34 assists in 234 appearances for the Foxes across all competitions.

Iheanacho will team up with his fellow countryman Chidera Ejuka who also joined Sevilla from CSKA Moscow earlier this summer.
