Nigerian international Victor Osimhen has reportedly agreed to join Chelsea with a couple of hours left for the transfer window to close.
According to reports, the 25-year-old has agreed to a significant pay cut to facilitate his dream move to the Premier League.
From the initial €500,000, the Nigerian international has agreed to a €350,000 weekly wage, taking a significant step towards his move to Stamford Bridge.
The Blues reportedly sent a delegation to Italy to convince the Nigerian international after Osimhen gave the club an ultimatum before he considers the offer from Saudi Arabia.
Chelsea, who wants to bolster their attack with the addition of a new striker wants the Super Eagles striker to accept their loan deal offer with an obligation to buy.
Meanwhile, Napoli have also reached an agreement with Al Ahli in a deal believed to be around the region of €75 to €80 million.
The Saudi-based club is reportedly offering the Nigerian international a four-year contract worth a staggering €160 million in wages.
