Nigerian international Victor Osimhen was left frustrated after he was denied an obvious penalty in Galatasaray's draw against Eyüpspor in the Super Lig.
The Turkish Super Lig leaders were held to a 2-2 draw at Rams Park, Istanbul on Sunday, December 1.
The away side took the lead in the 13th minute before Galatasaray turned the game on its head with Baris Yilmaz equalizing on the stroke of halftime and Rolland Sallai scoring two minutes after the restart.
Eyüpspor pegged Galatasaray back in the 71st minute to secure a crucial point.
In a post-match reaction, Osimhen insisted that he should have been awarded a penalty in the 21st minute of the game.
"Of course, it was a penalty," Osimhen said after the game.
Osimhen has registered 9 goals and five assists in 12 appearances across all competitions for Galatasaray since joining the club on a season-long loan from Napoli in early September.
