Nigerian international Victor Osimhen has praised his partnership with Alvaro Morata.

The duo started upfront for Galatasaray in their hard-fought victory away at Alanyaspor at the GAIN Park Stadium.

This match marked only the second time Osimhen has been paired with the Spanish international, who joined Galatasaray in January from AC Milan.

In a post-match interview, Osimhen, who scored the winning goal in Galatasaray's 2-1 triumph, described his partnership with the former Real Madrid striker as incredible.

“It was incredible to play with him. He is a very experienced player—we all know his quality. He is a team player who comes close to receive the ball in attack, helps the team, and is very advanced in his play,” the Super Eagles striker told the club’s official website.

“I am very happy to play alongside him. We hope to have a season where both of us score more goals and continue building our momentum.”
