Nantes winger Moses Simon has been named in the French Ligue 1 Team of the Week following his impressive performance against Saint-Etienne.
Simon scored Nantes' only goal in their 1-1 draw away at Saint-Etienne on Sunday, January 19.
The 29-year-old scored the opener in the 14th minute before Ghanaian international Augustine Boakye equalized for Saint-Etienne with four minutes left to play.
The Super Eagles star was the only Nantes player to be included in the Team of the Week.
Simon joined the likes of Benjamin Lecomte (Montpellier), Gautier Lloris (Le Havre), Arouna Sangante (Le Havre), Thilo Kehrer (Monaco), and Ismaily (Lille).
The other players include Ludovic Blas (Rennes), Haris Belkebla (Angers), Fabian Ruiz (PSG), Bradley Barcola (PSG), and Mousa Tamari (Montpellier).
Simon has now managed five goals and five assists in Ligue 1 this season.
