The legendary Austin Jay-Jay Okocha is delighted with his nephew Alex Iwobi's brilliant form with Fulham in the Premier League.

Iwobi is enjoying his best football under Portuguese manager Marco Silva with the Cottagers this season.

Iwobi, who has been deployed more on the left wing, has netted seven Premier League goals and three assists after 22 matches this season.

The former Arsenal man has been one of Fulham's standout performers, featuring in all 22 Premier League matches this season.

Speaking on Iwobi's performance, Okocha said, “I am very happy with him (Iwobi) and his progress,” Okocha told Lagos Talks FM.

Iwobi recently became the second Nigerian international with the most Premier League appearances, surpassing Nwankwo Kanu's 273 appearances.
