Former assistant coach of Nigeria’s Men basketball national team D’Tigers Mohamed Abdulrahman has warned Nigeria’s D’Tigers against getting complacent after pulling a shock and historic 90-87 points win in a 2020 Olympic preparatory game against the United States Men basketball national team yesterday in Las Vegas.

Abdulrahman speaking in a chat with brila.net stressed that the win is a huge win for Nigeria no doubts but he hopes it comes as a boost to the team’s confidence rather than allow the win to go into their heads.

He added that the team should be focused on seeing through performances like this at the Olympics proper so as to do well.
