Members of the House of Representatives are currently having a heated argument ahead of their debate of the emergency rule in Rivers state.
Two female members, Marie Ebikake (PDP, Bayelsa) and Blessing Amadi (PDP, Rivers) engaged in a shouting match on the constitutionality of the President’s decision before the commencement of the plenary.
Some of the lawmakers were seen banging tables saying nothing will happen while others members appeared prepared for a fight over the issue.
