Victor Boniface was on target for the second consecutive game since his return from injury as Bayer Leverkusen staged a remarkable comeback against Koln in the German Cup.
The Bundesliga title holders fought back from two goals down to beat Koln 3-2 in extra time, qualifying for the semi-final of the DFB Pokal on Wednesday, February 5.
The Nigerian international scored the winner in extra time after coming on in the 76th minute for Xabi Alonso's side.
Damion Downs gave Koln the lead on the stroke of halftime before Linton Maina made it 2-0 in the 54th minute.
Patrik Schick reduced the deficit in the 61st minute before scoring the equalizer deep into stoppage time, forcing the game into extra time where Boniface completed the comeback.
The Super Eagles striker has now netted 10 goals across all competitions for Leverkusen this season.
