The 2023 presidential ambition of Bola Ahmed Adekunle Tinubu has been given a nod of approval by some bigwigs and groups within the country's political sphere.

Some of these loyalist politicians have already setup campaigns for the national leader of the All Progressive Congress (APC) ahead of the elections.

Despite not personally stating that he will run, there is a sense that the slot is his to lose.

MyNigeria has compiled a list of some famous people who are supporting Tinubu:

Enilolobo Abdullahi

Abdullahi Enilolobo, the organising secretary of APC’s Lagos State chapter, has declared his full support for the party’s national leader.



Former Governor of Ogun State, Olusegun Osoba

Olusegun Osoba, the former Ogun state governor has also announced his full support for Tinubu’s presidential ambition as he said, “Asiwaju Bola Tinubu as an individual has the right to put himself forward, we have not zeroed in on an individual.

Zeroing in on any individual will destroy our efforts now but Asiwaju Bola Tinubu has a right to pursue his own agenda”.



Oyo North lawmaker, Senator Abdulfatai Buhari

Oyo North lawmaker, Senator Abdulfatai Buhari has also joined the list of politicians to support the All Progress Congress stalwart, Bola Tinubu, to be the next president of the country.



Lagos Speaker Mudashiru Obasa

The Lagos speaker also mobilized to raise support for Tinubu ahead of the 2023 elections.



Tunde Bakare

Tunde Bakare, the senior pastor of Citadel Global Community Church is also seriously advocating for Bola Tinubu.

According to Bakare, Tinubu has fought and won many battles on behalf of the Yoruba people.
