A viral video has surfaced online showing a Lagosian who mounted the back of an oil tanker to get to work.
This is in light of the Lagos State Government's decision to ban the use of tricycles and motorcycles across some Local Government Areas in the state.
The man was spotted wearing a suit as he hung to the back of an oil tanker which was speeding mindlessly on the road.
