A certain Twitter user, @kawtharrrr_ has described parents as jealous, toxic individuals fond of making mistakes.
She also described parents as competitive individuals.
She tweeted, "Take parents off that pedestal they’ve been placed as parents, and you’ll see that they are just ordinary individuals. Individuals who make mistakes, who are jealous, competitive, individuals who have toxic traits that can very well be projected on their children."

@kawtharrrr_ also blamed parents for damaging their children.
"Most of them don’t even know who they are or are they awakened to their own personalities. How do we then expect them to know how not to damage their own children? They will always think their good intentions are all that counts," she added.

As a solution to toxicity passed down from parents to their children, the Kawthar advocated for children to have hard talks with their parents.
"It is up to us to then stand up and have hard talks with our parents. Make them aware of what they have done to destroy us. Their good intentions won’t pay for therapy nor would it help us manage our mental illness(es)," she said.

Ruth was in full support. She said, "Not everyone should be parents. Our culture insist that your life is not complete unless you are a parent. So we end up with dysfunctional people parenting the next generation. We need to tighten the law to protect children."

We need to tighten the law to protect children.
Erah believed children have carried a nature of psychological torture from their children.
"So many people are suffering 4rm the effects of the psychological torture they received 4rm their parents.Majority are not even aware that some of the dysfunctional behaviour they exhibit stems from it. But as long as they survived the beatings, psychological damage doesn't matter."
