A Fulani Herdsmen attack that spanned seven communities situated in the Southern axis of Kaduna State and recorded several deaths occurred between May 19 to 24.
Five persons were reported dead from the attack. 78 persons sustained injuries while 51 people were missing from the unchecked attack, as gathered by MyNigeria.com.
607 houses were destroyed while 231 cows rustled in the process.
This lead to an uproar on Twitter, a situation in which the Governor of the state, Nasir El-Rufai chose to ignore.
The endless attacks in Southern Kaduna are condemnable. No land, or revenge or whatever it is, is a good enough justification for the continuous slaughter of innocent souls. This sort of barbaric attacks on villages and communities should have been a thing of the past.

There are people dying in southern Kaduna. They are Nigerians like you and I. Please lend your voices. Even if it's just a retweet. A modern day genocide is happening and nobody is talking.

Most members of Arewa Twitter have lost their voices.
When it's time for ethno religious bigotry, they will regain their voices.
