A Ghanaian man, Dr. Justice Sylverken, has surprised his doctor wife with a COVID-19 themed cake.

A picture from the cake presentation from the husband to his wife has gone viral on social media.

The couple and the guests present still maintained the COVID-19 guidelines by wearing a face mask and also practicing social distancing.

The recepient of the cake, Dr. Augustina Angelina Sylverken, works with the Kumasi Centre for Collaborative Research in Tropical Medicines.
