Manchester United defender, Raphael Varane has no interest in joining the Saudi Professional League (SPL) this summer.

Recall there were reports in some quarters that Varane was prepared to make a move from the Premier League to the Middle East.

However, according to Fabrizio Romano, the former France international has not had any contact with Saudi clubs, and he has no interest in making such a switch.

Furthermore, Man United still see the 30-year-old centre-back as pivotal to their plans with manager Erik ten Hag hoping to build his defence around him.

Varane joined Manchester United from Spanish La Liga giants Real Madrid in the past.
