AFCON Qualifiers: Nine Super Eagles stars hit camp in Uyo ahead of first training session

Nine players have reported to the Super Eagles camp in Uyo ahead of the 2025 African Cup of Nations qualifiers against Libya.

The likes of Wilfred Ndidi, Samuel Chukwueze, and Victor Boniface have all arrived at the team’s hotel base.

Others include Fisayo Dele-Bashiru, Frank Onyeka, Raphael Onyedika, and Benjamin Tanimu.

This brings the total number of players at camp to nine out of the 23 invited players.

Chippa United goalkeeper Stanley Nwabali and Amas Obasogie were the early birds on Monday, October 7.

The other players are expected to join the camp later today ahead of the first training session scheduled at 5:00 pm.

Nigeria will face Libya at the Godswill Akpabio Stadium in Uyo on Friday, October 11, before traveling away for the return encounter on Tuesday, October 15.
