Muhammadu Maigari Dingyadi is a seasoned Nigerian politician and public servant. Born in 1953 in Dingyadi, Sokoto State, he graduated from Ahmadu Bello University in 1978.
Dingyadi has held various significant positions, including serving as the Minister of Police Affairs under President Muhammadu Buhari's administration. He has also been the Secretary to the Sokoto State Government and Chairman of the National Commission for Colleges of Education (NCCE) in Abuja.
Before his recent appointment, Dingyadi represented Bodinga Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives.
His extensive experience in public administration and governance has prepared him for his new role as Nigeria's Minister of Labour and Employment under President Bola Tinubu. His new role will be crucial in addressing labor issues and employment challenges in the country.
