Festus Osifo is a prominent Nigerian engineer and civil servant, currently serving as the President of both the Petroleum & Natural Gas Senior Staff Association of Nigeria (PENGASSAN) and the Trade Union Congress (TUC). Born in Benin City, Edo State, Osifo has significantly contributed to the labor movement in Nigeria. In 2022, Osifo was elected as the new President General of the Trade Union Congress of Nigeria (TUC) for a three-year term.
