William Troost-Ekong says the Super Eagles are fired up for Saturday’s 2021 Africa Cup of Nations qualifying tie against the Benin Republic, reports Completesports.com.
The Squirrels will entertain the three-time African champions at the Stade Charles de Gaulle, Porto-Novo.
Gernot Rohr’s side top Group L with eight points, while Benin occupies the second position with seven points.
“The boys are fired up, there’s a lot of energy and we are here to get the job done,” said Ekong.
“It will be a difficult game on Saturday, when we played in Uyo against the same team it was a difficult game.
“We will go for all three points. You will see a team who are ready to fight to get the job done.”
